BEBELELO.COM Offers easy returns on all reusable products

Before returning an item on BEBELELO.COM, please check that it is a qualifying comeback.

QUALIFICATION RETURNS

All products must be returned in the condition in which you received them. All products must be returned in new condition or used with all original materials, and in their original packaging (original materials, and packaging must also be in new condition). This includes, but is not limited to, clothing labels and shoe boxes.
Some items can not be returned if they are factory sealed. These include, but are not limited to, all diet products, playground, gym and baby mattresses, car seats, strollers with car seat combos, diapers and milk pumps as well as complementary items provided below.
Returned products that are judged by BEBELELO.COM and our merchant partners to be in a non-refundable condition will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Eligible products returned within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded via your original payment method.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns from BEBELELO.COM that have required a scheduled delivery must be initiated within 7 days after being delivered. These items will also be subject to additional transportation charges.
Returns of other furniture requiring a scheduled delivery time may be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment.
Note, the furniture can not be returned if mounting has been attempted.
Cashback and Gift Card categories can not be returned, and are final sales.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Accept the packaging and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery (see below for contact options). A photo of the damaged packaging / product may be requested.
Trades
In order to guarantee the availability of an article, traditional exchanges are not supported at this time. If you want to change the color, size, etc. of your purchase, please return the original item and place an order for the new item at your convenience.
Grouped Products
Bundled products must be returned together, in their entirety, for a refund. Individual items purchased as part of a bulk purchase can not be returned. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in a package, please contact our customer service as soon as possible in order to arrange for the resolution.
Non Refundable and Final Sale.
Items marked as final sale will not be refunded. If you receive a product, you can arrange a return with us and the product will be sent to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement, at the discretion of the manufacturer. If the product is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery (see below for contact options).

Furniture, cribs and items for which you have to schedule a delivery time must be returned with the original packaging and all packaging materials intact unless instructed otherwise by your delivery team. Returning these items without the original packaging may incur a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Guarantees

Should be covered by the normal manufacturer's warranty All products sold by BEBELELO.COM. The warranty also includes re-certified product warranty from the manufacturer. To process a claim against a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly, using your BEBELELO.COM order confirmation as your proof of purchase.

What are the delivery and picking options?

When you checkout, you will be able to choose whether you want to have your purchases delivered directly to your home or, if your items qualify, you can choose to pick up your purchases at the nearest BEBELELO store.
For home delivery, products will be delivered to the billing address on file. For any exception, It should pass in store with the credit card with which the purchase was made.

How long before receiving my purchase?

Our goal is to transfer your purchase from our warehouse to your home as quickly as possible. However, this step depends on a few variables. Orders are shipped by different carriers depending on size, shipping method chosen and geographic location.
We offer 1 shipping method for most items:

Good to know :

We strive to send you your purchases quickly. However, unpredictable reasons, such as weather, sometimes create shipping delays. BEBELELO is not responsible for shipping delays in these cases.

Where do you ship? Is it possible to ship purchases outside of Canada?

We only ship to Canada.

When will my purchase be delivered?

Delivery is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm local time. If the delivery of a small item can not be completed (eg, if you are not at home), the carrier will attempt to deliver your item again or leave a notice card at your door. indicating where and when to pick up your package.
For some oversized and heavy items, the carrier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times. Some other oversized and heavy items require an appointment for delivery. In these cases, the carrier will contact you to make an appointment as soon as the package arrives at the destination city.

Do you deliver directly to your home?

Small and medium packages are delivered directly to your door or entrance, in the case of apartment buildings. Oversized and heavy items are delivered outside, near the sidewalk. We are unable to deliver these packages directly to your home.
In some remote areas, delivery is provided to direct service points, the carrier's final delivery point. For example, for Canada Post, the direct point is the post office, and for a carrier, the direct point can mean a warehouse. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel arrives at the direct point and ready to be picked up.

Once you let us know, we will send you a pre-paid return label to your email address. All you have to do is print it, attach it to your order, and bring it to a post office, and you'll receive your full value refund in no time!
Note that all shipping costs to return an item will be charged to customers.

Use Our Return Mailing Tag

To ensure that your return is processed promptly, please use only the shipping label that is sent to you by our customer service department. Discard any other postage tags you will receive with your original order.
1. Use the original outer packaging, or any other type, unmarked, the packaging of your choice. Do not stick the label on the product packaging directly
2. Remove any other existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials to avoid confusion
3. Place the return mail label sent by your customer loyalty representative
With each return label shipment, there is a code for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders or transfers in one box, or your refund will be delayed. Each order must be returned using a separate shipping label.

Looking for your refund?

Once your return is received and approved by our return team, BEBELELO.COM will process the refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after it has been approved and you will receive an email with the details of your refund.
