BEBELELO.COM Easy returns on all reusable products
Before returning an item to BEBELELO.COM, please check that it is a qualifying return.
All products must be returned in the condition in which you received them. All products must be returned in new condition or used with all original materials, and in their original packaging (original materials, and packaging must also be in new condition). This includes, but is not limited to, clothing labels and shoe boxes.
Some items cannot be returned if they are factory sealed. These include, but are not limited to, all food, play area, gym and baby mattresses, car seats, strollers with car seat combos, diapers and the milk pumps and additional components provided below.
Returned products which are judged by BEBELELO.COM and our merchant partners to be in a non-refundable condition will be refused and returned to the customer.
Eligible products returned within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded via your original payment method.
How long should I return an item?
BEBELELO.COM returns that required a scheduled delivery must be initiated within 7 days of being delivered. These items will also be subject to additional transportation costs.
Returns of other furniture requiring an estimated delivery time can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
Please note, furniture cannot be returned if assembly has been attempted.
Items in the Liquidations and Gift Card categories cannot be returned, and are final sales.
If your order arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Accept the packaging and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery (see below for contact options). A photo of the damaged packaging / product may be requested.
In order to guarantee the availability of an item, traditional exchanges are not supported at this time. If you would like to change the color, size, etc. of your purchase, please return the original item and place an order for the new item at your earliest convenience.
Bundled products must be returned together, in their entirety, for a refund. Individual items purchased as part of a group purchase cannot be returned. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in a package, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to arrange for resolution.
Non-refundable and Final sale.
Items marked as final sale will not be refunded. If you receive a product, you can arrange a return with us and the product will be sent to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement, at the discretion of the manufacturer. If the product is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery (see below for contact options).
Furniture, Cradles and items for which you have to schedule a delivery time must be returned with the original packaging and all packaging materials intact, unless otherwise instructed by your delivery team. Returning these items without the original packaging may incur restocking costs which will be deducted from your refund.
Should be covered by normal manufacturer's warranty All products sold by BEBELELO.COM. The warranty also includes re-certified product from the manufacturer's warranty. To process a claim against a Manufacturer's Warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly, using your BEBELELO.COM order confirmation as your proof of purchase.

What are the delivery and pickup options?
When you go to the checkout, you can choose whether you want your purchases delivered directly to your home or, if your items are eligible, you can choose to pick up your purchases at the BEBELELO store closest to you.
For home delivery, the products will be delivered to the billing address entered in the file. For any exception, you should go to the store with the credit card with which the purchase was made.
How long before I receive my purchase?
Our goal is to transfer your purchase from our warehouse to your home as quickly as possible. However, this step depends on a few variables. Orders are shipped by different carriers depending on the size, the shipping method chosen and the geographic location.

Where do you deliver? Can I ship purchases outside of Canada?
We only ship to Canada.
When will my purchase be delivered?
Delivery is Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 17 p.m. local time. If the delivery of a small item cannot be completed (e.g. if you are not at home), the carrier will try to deliver your item again or leave a notice card at your door, you indicating where and when to pick up your package.
For certain oversized and heavy items, the carrier will try to deliver up to 3 times. Certain other oversized and heavy items require an appointment for delivery. In these cases, the carrier will contact you to make an appointment as soon as the package arrives at the destination city.
Do you deliver directly to your home?
Small and medium packages are delivered directly to your door or to your entrance, in the case of apartment buildings. Oversized and heavy items are delivered outside, near the sidewalk. We are unable to deliver these packages directly to your home.
In some remote areas, delivery is offered to direct service points, the carrier's final delivery point. For example, for Canada Post, the direct point constitutes the post office, and for a carrier, the direct point can mean a warehouse. You will receive a notice as soon as your package arrives at the direct point and ready to be picked up.

Once you let us know, we will send you a prepaid return label to your email address. All you have to do is print it out, attach it to your order, and bring it to a post office, and you will receive your full value refund in no time!
Note that all transportation costs to return an item will be charged to customers.
Use Our return postal label
To ensure your return is processed quickly, please only use the shipping label sent to you by our customer service. Discard any other postage labels that you receive with your initial order.
1. Use the original outer packaging, or any other unmarked nature, the packaging of your choice. Do not stick the label on the product packaging directly
2. Remove all other existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials to avoid confusion
3. Place the return label of mail sent by your customer loyalty representative
With each return label shipment, there is a code for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders or transfers in the same box, or your refund will be delayed. Each order must be returned using a separate shipping label.
Looking for your refund?
Once your return has been received and approved by our return team, BEBELELO.COM will process the refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after it has been approved and you will receive an email with the details of your refund.
